Training provided in electronic form is called e-learning, sometimes referred to as online, digital or on-demand training. E-learning can be done online and can be in the form of a text, module, chapter, course or programmer. Most online courses have virtual labs where students can complete hands-on tasks. Quizzes and assessments are also common in e-learning; Employment-focused courses are social components including chats, forums, blogs, and badges. Thus, 28% of education revenue related to subscription incentives includes a portion of the revenue that VILT would have received in the past if there was no academic subscription.
